Refund and Returns Policy
dBuz is a product which eliminates Ground Noise (defined as: take hand off the strings it buzzes, return hand and buzz goes away). dBuz removes only Ground Noise, and doesn’t work for any other category of noise, e.g., EMI, CM, Microphonic, Power Supply, etc. Aero warranties dBuz products against production defects for 30 days (repair or replace at our discretion). Aero doesn’t accept returns, so before you commit, if you’re unsure whether dBuz is appropriate for your instrument or application, please contact Aero with pre-purchase questions:

To make a Warranty Return contact Aero to receive an RMA # prior to shipment. The customer pays freight to Aero. The best freight method to Hawai’i is USPS Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope (never ship regular mail or 1st Class). For commercial carriers, avoid ground service. If the repair is determined to be warranty, then Aero pays return freight to the customer.
